I bought the backpack for my out of the country trip as a carry on and so far it's been really great to use.
The backpack material is good, flexible, really handy with the side pockets for water bottles and small items that I need to pick out every now and then. The additional garter strap on the sides is great but I worry it will wear out eventually. +1 for the flexible material again, since my 14" Nitro V Acer laptop fits! The laptop is heavy too but the backpack manages the weight well. The zippers are nice too, feels sturdy and secure. Maybe an additional sturdy or harder material on the bottom can help to maintain the shape of the backpack as well as prevent the bottom from forming a hump because of the weight. The matte characteristic help with it being somewhat water resistant, aside from making it look really nice and clean. The small logo also adds up to its minimalistic approach making it more sleek and posh.
I was really surprised with the number of pockets that I think are really for travel use and is made by someone who travels frequently. The additional small pouch inside is a good addition too! Overall it's a great backpack for daily commute with lots of features that really fit my needs and is easy to pair with whatever I wear. I love it.
