Returns & Exchanges

To ensure that your concern can be properly verified, an unboxing video is required for all return, exchange, replacement, or damaged-item claims.

The unboxing video must:

• Be recorded continuously from the moment the parcel is opened.
• Clearly show the package and its condition before opening.
• Show the item and any issue or defect clearly.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

We strongly encourage all customers to record an unboxing video every time they receive an ARC order. This helps protect both the customer and ARC in the event of a delivery or product issue.
